OUR WORKING PROCESS
- After placing your order, you will be required to complete an online form for the information needed to get started.
- The access to the online Form is provided in the ‘Service Guide’ sent to you via the Order Confirmation Email.
- We will work on your requests once receiving the necessary information.
- On monthly basis, a certain number of hours are dedicated to a predetermined level of service for maintaining and managing your website. As work is done, the hours will be deducted from your balance.
