Can I access all my purchases from my own account?

To download the files, go to "Downloads". This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.

It seems that I cannot find my email of download notification for my purchase.

First of all, you need to check your junk, spam folders, and any other folders in your mailbox. In most cases, you will find the email in one of those folders.

If you cannot find it anywhere inbox, you can add the order to your personal list and save it for future use. Or Contact Us for assistance.

I have troubles to download or open my files.

If you clicked the download link but nothing happened, it could be the problems with the web browser you were using. Try to do it again with a different web browser. Sometimes, you may need to disable some add-ons installed on your device and try again.

If cannot open the downloaded file from your computer, you need to check if the programme required to open the file is missing in your computer. You must have the required programme installed to open the file from your device.
