On Google's Hotel Finder results and in your property's Google Business Listing, Google Hotel Ads compares your nightly rates to OTA rates. When a guest searches for hotels, they are directed to Google's hotel finder, where they can look for options. The results will reveal properties that fulfill all of the criteria when the user enters their vacation dates, price range, and amenities. The user can select any property and be sent to its business page, which includes reviews, images, contact information, and Google Hotel Ads. With Google Hotel Ads, your property offers a site direct booking option with pricing and availability straight from your booking engine, right in Google. These ads compete directly with any OTA partners who are also advertising your property's rates and availability.

When a potential guest performs a Google search for a certain hotel, Google Hotel Ads will appear. On the right-hand side of the screen, a condensed version of the Google Business Profile shows, along with a check availability tool into which the user can enter dates. The Google Hotel Ads use real-time pricing and availability to determine whether or not your property has rooms available that night.
