I personally love the Alerts feature very much, because it is an audible alert of conversions or goals. It means that you will be notified of events of interest on your website whenever successful conversions or goals occur.

While it may be expensive compared with its competitors, the data it can provide is very helpful and worth the money. One of the coolest features of KISSmetrics is that it can connect data to a single person even this person use multiple devices or browsers to visit your website.

If you want to know everything your visitors do on your website, ClickTale is one of the best choices, because it provides best customer experience analytics. Mixpanel provides event analytics and management. Users experience people management, seeing what visitors do on your website rather than just knowing how many visitors and where they come from. This helps know better what your visitors’ need.

10. Church Analytics

churchanalytics.com – Price: $79/year

Church Analytics is relatively new compared to other tools discussed above. However, its simplicity and balance of information provided (information you really need) still make it stand out of its competitors.
